Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) in Lancaster, MN:

The medium-sized company Pleuger currently employs over 300 people in Germany, France, Singapore, and the USA, who implement customized solutions for our global customers.

Your future responsibilities:

You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing processes for handling customer orders in the Order Fulfillment sector, both for original equipment/standard business and for aftermarket/spare parts business.
You will maintain customer relationships diligently, both by phone and in writing.
You will compile and ensure all necessary documents for the export process.
You will ensure continuous and effective communication between all departments involved in the customer order.
You will assist in handling warranty claims.
You will identify potential for optimization and actively participate in its implementation.
You will communicate the current order status and coordinate next steps with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
