Berens Blonstein PLC, a boutique Phoenix area law firm with a busy national practice that continues to grow, is seeking a transactional lawyer with approximately four to ten years of real estate transaction experience.

We represent some of the most recognized residential builders and developers, and hire exceptional talent that are compensated accordingly.

Our firm operates as a large firm with opportunities to advance and grow, but in a smaller environment where we work in teams.

The ideal applicant should have experience in representing developers, homebuilders, investors, borrowers, and lenders in complex commercial transactions preferably in:
(1) structuring, drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale documents; (2) reviewing due diligence (including title and survey); (3) handling transactions from inception to closing (including financing matters); (4) drafting, negotiating and reviewing development documents; (5) drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases; and (6) reviewing and preparing entity organizational documents. Applicants should be committed to providing exceptional client service. The right applicant will join a team-oriented environment and will immediately participate in a broad range of transaction matters and have significant client involvement.
