Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Flow Member to join our team.

As a Patient Flow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of patient's within our facility.

This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Dismantle used beds, wipe all surfaces using hospital grade disinfectant
• Make new beds for incoming patients
• Call patients into preoperative bay areas, provide instructions on what garments to remove and how to don a gown.
• Patient communication skills required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist patients as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills required
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish preferred)

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
