    Description


    We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support a residential property in the South End/Lower Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, MA.

    You will be hands-on supervising a team of maintenance professionals along with the Maintenance Superintendent and Regional Director of Maintenance.

    The duties you will be responsible for will include:


    • Overseeing and participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
    • Keeping the Property Manager and Maintenance Director up-to-date on the properties and any work that needs to be done.
    • Preparing buildings for inspections with our technicians.
    • Updating records and reports related to maintenance. The work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 with on-call duties shared on rotation. Skills & Requirements We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
    • Knowledge of general apartment repair and previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
    • Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
    • The successful candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English).
    • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
