Are you an independent Business Consultant/Coach with experience helping small to mid-sized privately held businesses grow, transition, or get ready for sale?

Supplement your own practice and join our dynamic team of collaborative professionals, experienced C-Level consultants, and certified Executive Coaches who take great pride in our work and share a genuine interest in our clients' ability to achieve their business and personal goals.

Work directly with owners and their Leadership Teams to help increase the value of their businesses and prepare for their eventual transition.

The ideal individual will have
experience working directly with small-medium sized, privately held entrepreneurs and business owners. Additionally, experience addressing the
unique dynamics that accompany
family-owned business issues would be advantageous.

Work will be conducted on site and virtually, primarily in the NY/NJ/PA metro areas.


Responsibilities:

• Help clients clarify personal and professional goals and timelines
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and develop action plans
• Analyze clients' businesses to establish performance baselines, potential growth opportunities, and gaps to achieve end goals
• Determine strengths and opportunities for improvement as they relate to people, processes, and systems to achieve the owners' objectives
• Assist clients in developing and executing actionable growth, succession, and transition plans

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in management consulting/coaching, particularly as it relates to building business value for growth or transition
• Strong knowledge and expertise in project management, business development, and change management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in strategic planning and research methodologies.

Note:
This is an independent consultant position. As an independent consultant, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed. This is NOT a full-time employee-based position.

Up to $1.00 per year
