HR Admin in the city of
Pico Rivera, CA. This is a
_contract to hire_ opportunity to join our HR Team


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at our Pico Rivera location.

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and HR documents.

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues to HR management as necessary.

HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, attendance, and diversity statistics, to support strategic decision-making.

HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and training programs.

General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR-related events.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
