Drivers - Mesa - ISEC

Position Summary
Transport and unload construction materials to the job sites. Assist in moving and managing material in the warehouse.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks at the warehouse and stage/organize material according to projects.
- Package and load materials for safe transport and efficient installation.
- Follow proper guidelines loading and unloading of material.
- Maintain daily delivery schedule of construction materials to the job sites.
- Use forklift as needed to unload material
- Ability to drive a pickup with a 20ft flatbed trailer

- Perform their jobs in the safest manner prescribed

- Report all injuries and incidents as soon as possible

Workers should be able to: Physically, workers must be able to: Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds; Stoop, kneel, and crouch; Use hands and arms to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; See well (either naturally or with correction); and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must carry Medical Card during hours of operation
- Must have a Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record for driving as a primary function
Education/Experience
- 2 years' experience unloading material
- Forklift Certification
- ISEC, Inc. will cover the certification cost
Education/Experience
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Ability to drive large trucks and trailers
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fastpaced environment while working with multiple team members
Customer Service Skills:
- Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service both with internal and external customers
- Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can)
- Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers
- Committed to followingup with customers in all instances in a timely manner
- Strong sense of accountability ensures that you will do what you say that you are going to do
- Creates a personal connection with customers smiles, warm greetings, acts friendly and respectful
