To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our StoryHub .Description and RequirementsWe are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team in Morrisville, NC as a Sr Regional Sales Manager for our team of Mid-Market Client ManagersThe Sr Mid-Market Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for developing sales talent, uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. This individual will lead a department of Mid-Market Client Managers in selling Lenovo products, services, solutions to clients through outbound phone calls and on-site customer meetings.
    Responsibilities:


    Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectivesBe a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize resultsEnsure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needsManage a team of Mid-Market Client Managers responsible for Acquisition and the Retention and Development of customersManage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close.

    The successful candidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience.


    10% travel required quarterlyPosition Qualifications:

    Basic Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree12+ years of professional experiencePrevious field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experienceMust have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment3+ years previous sales team leadership and/or management

    Preferred Requirements:
    PC Industry/IT Hardware salesExcellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.
