Strategic Account Management


Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing the Account Management (SAM/KAM) and sales processes in a global setup, in close cooperation with regional and divisional organizations of TÜV SÜD AG
  • Supporting the department management and Account Managers in their operational work for individual clients (e.g. organizing account team meetings, preparing client meetings, conducting research)
  • Conducting business analyses of client data (SAP BW and MS Dynamics)
  • Continuously improving and implementing sales excellence in close cooperation with Account Management and sales specialists in regions and the central organization
  • Organizing and facilitating portfolio and behavior trainings for the global sales community
  • Moderating crossfunctional sales development for global client industries
  • Engaging with the sales community and continuously developing and managing internal communication platforms for sales (intranet, newsletter, social media)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Experience in sales and Key Account Management
  • Highly independent and proactive
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Extensive experience in business development, internal communication, and employee training
  • Excellent analytical and economic thinking skills
  • Goaloriented, resultsdriven, and selfsufficient work style
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and quick grasp of new concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP BW and CRM-IT is desirable.
