To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) for Southwest Europe RVM.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of customers and business partners, from evaluation to realization
  • Structuring, negotiating, and concluding contracts with customers and business partners
  • Evaluation and clarification of relevant product and service requirements in the region
  • Collecting market and sales data, identifying current and future opportunities, and understanding the competitive landscape
  • Responsible for implementing the go-to-market strategy
  • Establishing and qualifying sales and service partners
  • Promoting Sielaff solutions to all relevant customers and building a substantial business
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders (partners and customers)
  • Creating sales forecasts and continuously aligning them with the team leader

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in various business areas, such as business development, sales, or key account management
