    Tangelo is dedicated to improving healthy food access and promoting healthier lifestyles by making nutritious, affordable, and delicious food options accessible through a benefits platform for low-income families and those with chronic conditions.

    Our platform provides subsidized medically tailored meals and healthy grocery delivery at reduced costs, or even free, through partnerships with insurance companies, governments, universities, non-profits, and employers.

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our target audience, building meaningful relationships, and driving positive interactions.

    This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and strategic thinking to enhance our engagement efforts across various platforms and channels.

    Role Scope Consistently connect with customers within a specified demographic to build relationships, identify pain points, and promote customer retentionDevelop and execute engagement strategies to connect with our target audience, including customers, stakeholders, community members, and partnersBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, partners, and community leaders to amplify our engagement efforts and reachUse creative methods to attract, retain, and inspire audience engagement across digital and offline channelsUtilize social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication platforms to foster interaction and dialogue with our audiencePlan and coordinate events, workshops, webinars, and other engagement activities to deepen connections and facilitate meaningful interactionsMonitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback from the audience promptly and professionallyAnalyze audience feedback, trends, and data to assess engagement performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams to track and report on key engagement metrics such as reach, engagement rates, sentiment analysis, and conversion rates to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and align engagement strategies with organizational goals and objectivesStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to audience engagement, digital marketing, and community outreach2-3 years of proven experience in audience engagement, community outreach, or digital marketing rolesBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and messagesExperience utilizing social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platformsCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative engagement strategiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills to build relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement effortsKnowledge of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and user experience principles is a plusPassion for engaging with audiences, driving positive interactions, and contributing to the organization's mission and goalsCompetitive salaryHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Life InsuranceUnlimited Paid Time Off Policy (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Remote First Work From HomeCompany Provided HardwareWellness Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
