As a Dietary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food safety, preparation, and customer service.

• Work with the facility's Registered Dietitian, Speech Therapist, and Nursing as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedure.
• Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with the team to develop menus that meet dietary requirements and preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, including but not limited to food supplies.
• Assist with food preparation when necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff
• Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

• One (1) year food experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
• Must be able to cook variety of foods in large quantities.
• Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of kitchen management principles and best practices
• Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in coffee preparation is a plus
