Your Responsibilities:

Monitoring our deliveries and pickups
Processing our incoming and outgoing shipments
You enjoy getting involved and being handson
Ensuring clean processes for our shipments
Order acceptance, general administrative and commercial tasks
Communication with our customers and partner stations
Personal customer support and coordination of pickup times
Supporting the dispatch team with route planning
Oncall duty in rotation with your colleagues (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

You have both commercial experience and logistics experience

- preferably in the express delivery industry

Your work style is both organized and professional, and you can keep track even in difficult situations
Fluent German skills are a requirement, as well as experience with common MS Office applications
Responsibility, attention to detail, and independent work are a given for you, but you are also a team player? then we look forward to welcoming you soon and including you in our workday between 4:00 am and 9:30 pm from Monday to Friday
