Wonderful opportunity for a Director of Nursing with home health agency experience to join this exceptional healthcare organization. Home health agency specializes in at home patient care for both peds and adults. Organization has an excellent reputation, tenured staff and promotes life/work/ balance. DON has 3 direct reports with a total of 170 FTE's. DON reports to an RN Administrator and is accountable for day-to-day operations, collaborates with leadership on projects and implementation of new policy & procedures. Ideal candidate is approachable, understands delegating responsibilities and holding staff accountable. Requires 5 years' experience in home health with 2 years home health agency management experience overseeing staff. RN associate degree, bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in home health needed, RN licensed in the state of Indiana upon start date.
Compensation up to 125K base, relocation, and year end performance bonus. Excellent benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, holiday pay and 401(k). Great company with fantastic leadership that supports and understands the scope of challenges within home health agency care.
