- You will be responsible for stamping and sorting incoming mail.
- You will prepare and scan incoming physical documents using high speed scanners for insurance, underwriting and claims mail.
- You will be tasked with performing data entry for underwriting digital documents using Kofax.
- Promptly respond to shared inbox email requests for insurance and underwriting documentation.
- Completion of ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management software (such as Kofax Capture and Data Cap desired.
- 10 Key Data Entry.
- Intermediate knowledge of printing, copying, scanning; basic knowledge of databases a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines as set by management.
