- Provide technical support and guidance to IT personnel in subsidiaries and business units.
- Monitor internal/external firewall health and telemetry.
- Assist in implementing network segmentation and access control strategies for improved security.
- Make policy changes to internal/external firewalls as required.
- Implement and maintain LAN/Wireless Security Standards (802.1X, EAP-TLS, Port Security).
- Perform daily administration and enhance enforcement policies of the Network Access Control Platform.
- Aid in Network Forensics as part of Security Analysis.
- Manage and resolve internal and service provider trouble tickets.
- Conduct research on problems and evaluate potential solutions.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing/administering Network Access Control and related modules.
- Proficient in managing Cisco Catalyst Switches and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Familiarity with Network Security Protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, EAP-TLS, Cisco Port Security).
- Minimum five years of experience supporting large Enterprise LAN/WAN/Cloud environments.
- Project leadership/management experience.
- Preferred experience with InfoBlox DDI and Palo Alto Cortex.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Must be capable of working independently.
