Lincoln street Inc is an innovative private non-profit providing high quality personalized services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families for over 40 years.

We are seeking a (_Director of Employment and Transition Services)_ This senior management position requires a dynamic, organized, results-driven individual who will be responsible for administrative and project planning _operations within the agency as well as supervision and direction of several programs, including school transition contracts, the Project SEARCH program, intake services and all supported employment services.

• Duties may be performed in an office setting, as well as area employers and agency program sites which requires travel._ Possible evenings and weekend hours may be part of the job and must be anticipated.

A Bachelor's degree and direct experience with supported employment services and transition planning for persons with varying learning abilities required.

• Experience w/supported employment services
• Experience working with people who experience intellectual disabilities

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of effective _job development_
• Assessment skills and instruction strategies
• High energy level and ability to engage with people, including individuals served, families, area employers, school teams, community members
• Ability to effectively respond to issues as they arise
