    About the Job:

    • Assist in executing projects from initial planning to final plans, specs, and bid packages.
    • Provide technical support in designing water, wastewater treatment facilities, and more.
    • Maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
    • Ensure accuracy, adherence to engineering practices, and proper documentation on reports and design projects.
    • Evaluate options, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with various disciplines.
    • Offer construction support services and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
    • Provide engineering interpretation, suggest design modifications, and coordinate with the team.
    • Independently analyze and solve engineering problems, meet targets, and manage staff.
    • Meet financial goals and mentor technical team members.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Water Resource, or Environmental Engineering.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience.
    • PE in Civil or Environmental Engineering, registered in GA or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in technical project execution and proposal writing.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes.
