The AI Developer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative AI solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project objectives.

Design and develop AI models and algorithms, utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques. Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and fine-tune AI models, ensuring robust performance and accuracy. Implement AI solutions into production environments, integrating them seamlessly with existing systems and workflows. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models, iteratively refining them to enhance performance and usability. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, incorporating relevant findings into ongoing projects. Document code, methodologies, and results comprehensively, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and related concepts.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools Familiarity with AI development frameworks and libraries Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus
