Your dream job is here Our client, PohlCon GmbH, a company specializing in cable support systems, is currently seeking a Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Backnang, Baden-Württemberg.

This is a direct hire position.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating and documenting activities for the installation of cable support systems
Preparing additional offers to secure legitimate claims
Creating individual offers for projects
Monitoring and controlling the billing of subcontractor services
Creating material lists based on production drawings and ordering materials

Your profile:

Completed technical training, preferably in metal processing
Possibly have experience in project and construction site management
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of quality awareness
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office products is a plus
