Description
Lead the development and growth of a robust EHS Team, emphasizing workplace safety and compliance within daily operations.

  • Direct a dynamic crossfunctional team in crafting and implementing an injury prevention plan to enhance workplace safety.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and carbon footprint reduction, aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, develop action plans, and align strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations, identify causal factors, and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance across all aspects, from permits to documentation, utilizing EHS Management Systems effectively.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of implementing sustainable programs and driving results
  • Experience with Ammonia systems required
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and supervising a team of EHS, engineering, and operations professionals
  • Previous experience with PSM, Air Permit (RTO), Radiation Safety, Fire Safety preferred

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
