Description
Lead the development and growth of a robust EHS Team, emphasizing workplace safety and compliance within daily operations.- Direct a dynamic crossfunctional team in crafting and implementing an injury prevention plan to enhance workplace safety.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and carbon footprint reduction, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, develop action plans, and align strategies with business goals.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations, identify causal factors, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance across all aspects, from permits to documentation, utilizing EHS Management Systems effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of implementing sustainable programs and driving results
- Experience with Ammonia systems required
- At least 3 years of experience leading and supervising a team of EHS, engineering, and operations professionals
- Previous experience with PSM, Air Permit (RTO), Radiation Safety, Fire Safety preferred
Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
