Description

Inspect and evaluate building envelopes to identify potential energy inefficiencies.

• Calculate savings for energy savings improvements using our energy modeling software.
• Correspond with customers to explain all of the benefits of a green, healthy home, and answer any questions regarding the presented scope of work.
• Present findings in an organized manner and execute a contract of sale.
• Quantify energy consumption to establish baselines for energy use.

Skills

• Basic understanding of the framework of a building; (studs, joists, soffits, etc.)
• Proven interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decisionmaking ability.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills in using software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets / Docs.
• Proficient in math to calculate square footage and/or surface area.

BPI Certification Preferred. Environmental Degree is a plus.

Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps is a plus.

Proven experience as an Energy Auditor is a plus.


Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
