The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting Agile values and principles within the EDM development team. The Scrum Master is expected to do anything possible to help the agile team perform at their highest level.
This may include:
helping to remove impediments to progress, facilitating meetings and working with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is well - groomed and ready for the next sprint.
The Scrum Master acts as a buffer between the Enterprise Data Management scrum team and any distracting influences.Responsibilities
