    Video Interview


    • Moderate to extensive experience using Oracle PL/SQL
    • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
    • Ability to manage large, complex IT project implementations/upgrades.
    • Excellent knowledge/experience of multiple projects management with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from needs analysis, requirements through deployment/support
    • Experience in Agile projects, with experience as Scrum Master
    • Experienced in working in a fast-paced, matrix environment, and to adapt project methodology to projects of various size and scope/ complexity
    • Excellent project management skills including ability to create/manage project plans, issues management, change management, risk mitigation.
    Responsibilities_


    • Develop comprehensive project management plans
    • Lead the planning and implementation of project
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements
    • Develop comprehensive project management plans
    • Manage project execution from start through completion
    • Manage project resource allocation
    • Plan and schedule project timelines
    • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
    • Provide direction and support to project team
    • Manage project execution from start through completion
    • Provide management reporting and information dissemination
    • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
    • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
    • Publish project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions
    • Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs
    • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    • Ensure all projects changes meets the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community
