    Description

    Job Title : Full Stack Java Developer

    Job Location : New York City, NY

    Job Type : Contract (W2 Only)

    Seeking full-stack Java developer with the following skills and experience:

    • Proficient in writing J2EE client/server applications
    • Proficient in Javascript/UI development, experience of is a plus
    • Experience working with high volume transactions, multithreading, Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate
    • Experience with maven, Unix scripting,
    • Experience with using Tomcat or other Java Application Server for executing applications
    • Experience with developing containerised solutions for the cloud, ideally GKE/GCP.
    • Demonstrable background in writing unit/ integration tests, test automation
    • Experience using continuous integration tools such as Bamboo
    • Problem solving ability is critical
    • Knowledge of trading, capital markets very useful
    • Knowledge of Asset Management, banking, settlement domain would be helpful but not required
    • Proficient in Oracle database SQL and Stored procedures
    • Strong ability to learn existing applications quickly and to be able to make modifications to them.
    • Ability to work independently.
