The Global Team Leader (f/m/d) Direct Consumables is responsible for overseeing all operational expenditure (OPEX) procurement categories, including Performance Additives, Explosives & Refractories, and Packaging & Castings (Mill Internals and Grinding Media).

This role involves leading and collaborating with Global Category Leaders/Managers, with support from a dedicated Global Category Manager and the Beijing Sourcing Office.

Additionally, the Global Team Leader will play a key role in developing OPEX spend management, including MRO and services.
