- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecast
- Manage and track all lead sources
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
- Collect and analyze business metrics - including but not limited to, closing ratios for both phone and internet leads
- Provide training and ongoing support to the Business Development Representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership's goals
- Work closely with executive and department managers
- Review lead source performance and productivity
- Report on lead source performance
- Report on Business Development Representative performance
- Lead by example, showing a willingness to engage in every aspect of the Business Development Representative role, including but not limited to responding to internet leads, taking inbound, making outbound calls, and setting appointments
- Effective communication, organization, time management, computer, and basic math skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous Business Development management experience
- Previous automotive industry experience
