As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
