- Utilize electronic visit verification (EVV) system for accurate clocking in/out
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Previous experience in home health care is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in computer usage
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
