- Be the "Account Quarterback" managing the full customer lifecycle in a targeted set of State and Local Government clients
- Manage key relationships with clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts while ensuring retention/renewals targets are met
- Engage effectively with multiple buyer personas (C-Suite, IT, Operations, etc.) within accounts to drive business outcomes
- Work with a team of predefined Client Success Managers, and Product Specialists to execute against growth and retention objectives
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales success in the government space/public sector
- Proven ability to personally execute the solutions sales process, developing new and building account relationships to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and business results
- Networking/Multi-stakeholder Engagement including C-Suite/Executive Conversations
- Proven use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of the mailing, shipping, and print industry is preferred but not a must
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
