Take on Responsibility:


  • You handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • You advise our customers on the selection of eyeglass frames and lenses (after appropriate training)
  • You order goods and spare parts from manufacturers
  • You handle customer complaints in coordination with our manufacturers
  • You work closely with other departments (warehouse, optical workshop, shipping service providers, etc.)
  • You contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes through collected customer feedback and your own background knowledge

Utilize Your Skills:


  • A completed education and/or relevant experience is not a requirement, as you will receive appropriate training
  • Strong communication skills and good knowledge of English; ideally another language, as our customers from Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Greece, Italy, or Spain prefer to be advised in their native language
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Solutionoriented and strong service mentality
