The Charleston Area Medical Center Institute for Academic Medicine is seeking to employ an advanced cardiac imaging specialist with skills in structural transesophageal echocardiography.
MD/DO from an accredited university medical schoolGraduate of an accredited ACGME cardiology residency and subspecialty training in Structural echocardiography, cardiovascular CT, and/or cardiovascular MRI
Board certified with the ABIM in cardiology and preferred subspeciality certification in advanced imaging field
Ability to obtain a West Virginia state medical license and DEA
Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Charleston Area Medical Center
Sustained knowledge and accomplished success in clinical skills with experience in supporting medicine post-graduate fellowship training
Nuclear Medicine- 2 Cardio MDs (300 stress and non-stress/month)
Echocardiography- 5 outpatient-only units (550 exams/month)
Heart Flow Program- Received Quality awards quarterly, Direct flow pathway
