Description
Enerdoor is seeking a part-time Office Associate to join our team. Associate will participate in our warehouse operations and activities.Must have the ability to develop a working knowledge of the office organization, manage customers inquires and orders, and work within a team that offers support and ensures customer satisfaction.
Office Associate will perform their job responsibilities in accordance to the standards set forth by Enerdoor.Responsibilities
- Manage PO's including confirmation orders
- Determine shipping costs and the best way to ship to customers
- Keep shipping records organized, track orders and shipping costs
- Manage customer payments
- Receive and process purchase orders, including price and lead time against original quotes
- Work with the warehouse team to control inventory and reorder low inventory from the factories
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimizes space utilization
- Report any discrepancies; notify and work to resolve administrative or organizational problems to increase office efficiencies
- Answer the phone
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous small office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
