Substantial experience in programs implementation, related projects management and procedures development in a DOE environment.
Ability to develop and independently present training materials and briefings to all levels of DOE and contractor organizations.
Proficient in business/technical writing.
Experience in developing assurance system business intelligence information such as key performance indicators (KPIs) designed to monitor or assess the effectiveness of performance.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite products, to include Visio and Project.Provide development and implementation support for the DOE Hanford Balanced Oversight Project established for the effective and efficient implementation of the DOE Hanford Oversight Program and related core business processes used by all DOE Hanford organizations, including engineering and construction.
Formulate technical approaches to effective use of the oversight program and Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) modules used for oversight.
Assist in the improvement, development, implementation and self-assessment of DOE Hanford Oversight Program processes.Assist in the development of oversight program indicators for DOE Hanford functional areas and projects.
Assist in the development of materials and presentation of trainings and briefings to all DOE organizations and select contractor management.
