- Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors, ensuring compliance with NESC and Ziply standards.
- Assign and oversee work to contract inspectors, assisting in resolving complex issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and software.
- Provide training to contract personnel on Ziply's inspection methods and software applications.
- Handle issue resolution, including working with vendor teams and citizens affected by construction.
- Act as a liaison with municipalities regarding permit issues and community concerns.
- Process invoices and review vendor billing in accordance with Ziply guidelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering and vendor teams on field changes and solutions.
- Support Ziply Fiber values and work across various disciplines and customer groups.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in OSP construction or engineering.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong understanding of NESC, OSP construction techniques, and telecom industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and ensure quality and safety on job sites.
- Willingness to learn new systems and applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of OSP construction processes.
- Basic understanding of NJUNS database and joint use processes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work within deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Summary: The Construction Project Administrator (CPA) plays a vital role in ensuring that outside plant (OSP) construction meets industry standards in terms of cost and engineering expectations. The CPA is responsible for inspecting the work of Ziply Fiber OSP contractors and guiding contract inspectors to ensure that all OSP work aligns with cost, timeline, and quality expectations.
