- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Assist with Operation Christmas Child web and print requests while prioritizing promotions that align with the OCCs brand and initiatives. Focus on maintaining consistency and quality in all promotional materials
- Oversee assigned promotional job requests from job start to routing to production management, liaising with the Communication department to ensure requests are fulfilled and delivered
- Correspond via email, phone calls, and letters to share the impact of the project and answer questions and concerns
- Maintain thorough knowledge of ministry activities and serve as Operation Christmas Child's voice to volunteers, project leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Enters correspondence in the donor management database
- Provide weekly and monthly team reports for Executive Leadership and other reporting as needed
- Fulfill ongoing staff clothing and promotional item requests. Provide support for material inquiries from the field
- Support the implementation of OCC Gear Stores online, in eight processing centers, and at Operation Christmas Child Conferences
- Attend daily morning devotions and participates in prayer support for the ministry, donors and volunteers
- Serves as the main back up for the front desk receptionist as needed, including answering basic OCC Correspondence questions via phone
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required
- One (1) to Three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Written Communicating Skills
- Previous Social Media experience-preferred
- Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

In this position you will coordinate Operation Christmas Child (OCC) promotional production operations from project origination through completion, and work closely with Communications, Inventory, and Presidents Office on promotional job requests. The primary focus is on Communications jobs to support promotional initiatives and shoebox gift goals. This role also responds to donors representing the brand of (OCC) through email correspondence.
