Training content:Office management assistants are the link between all departments of our company.
During the training, you will gain experience in various departments such as sales, purchasing, and accounting. The diverse tasks include order processing, maintaining customer records and file notes, creating documentation and statistics, and managing electronic filing systems.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you are also extremely important for creating a good impression of ZEG.
Office management assistants have interesting career prospects and development opportunities at ZEG.
For example, there are opportunities for further training as a specialist in business administration, business administrator, or business economist.
