Here's what you can look forward to:

In this role, you will conduct legal and regulatory gap analyses and coordinate implementation requirements with the Anti-Financial Crime team and other departments.
You will also be responsible for providing internal legal opinions on various matters related to Anti-Financial Crimes such as money laundering, sanctions, and fraud.
Additionally, you will provide support for relevant projects, the development of internal processes, and procedures for preventing Anti-Financial Crime.
You will also act as a key interface to the international lending business (RSF) and the internal Credit Legal department.
Your focus will be on Anti-Financial Crime requirements in the context of contract due diligence during customer onboarding, particularly in relation to contract clauses in the LMA standard with Anti-Financial Crime implications.
