Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Engaging with current and potential Verizon customers, offering insights, resolving queries, and facilitating sales
- Conducting engaging product presentations, tailoring solutions based on client needs
- Nurturing client relationships for upselling opportunities and referrals
- Providing comprehensive wireless product information and support
- Addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed
