Construction
Project Manager (Life Sciences & Bio-Tech) to work in the San Diego, CA market.
This is a unique, direct-hire, opportunity to grow with our client that's driven by an exceptional leadership team in a company that's built around its employees.
They are looking for a
Construction Project Manager who will manage big projects with a specialty in Healthcare, Biotech & Life Sciences, etc.
This includes:
create construction schedules, perform regular updates, coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring occupants. Lead Client's Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety program. Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling and resource-loading in conjunction with other Self-Performed Work crews.
- 10+ years of experience as a commercial Construction Project Manager.
- MUST HAVE experience in Life Science.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Prolog or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
Compensation:
$150k - $200k salary, plus bonuses
