Who are we looking for?

Enthusiastic digital designers to support us as IT system engineers (m/f/d).

What will be your responsibilities?

Supporting our print service customers
Solving various print solution challenges for our service customers in the helpdesk
Effective communication with customers and providing creative solutions for daily issues
Maintaining close contact with our customers and colleagues from various areas of GREEN IT
Independently developing and procuring solution approaches in coordination with manufacturers of our hardware and software solutions

What should you bring?

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT system electronics) or a comparable education, as well as several years of professional experience in the IT/print sector, is advantageous
Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
Confident and professional demeanor towards our customers
