Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, and staff management.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.


Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in an automotive environment
• Knowledge of both sides of the restoration process is highly preferrable, Mechanical as well as paint and body.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interview, train, and develop employees
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Shift management experience is preferred

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
