Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a commercial profession
  • Ideally, professional experience in sales administration, inside sales, or in a commercial field, preferably in telephone sales with technically complex products
  • Commercial understanding, basic knowledge of business and contract law advantageous
  • Passion for working with customers
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone (rhetoric, enthusiasm, empathy, persuasiveness)
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of English advantageous
  • Proficient in using computers and common Microsoft applications
  • High resilience, reliability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
  • Structured and solutionoriented work style
