Kitchen Manager (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities include:


  • You are the star in the kitchen and plan all processes and trainings for the kitchen team
  • You oversee the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meat, vegetables, desserts, and other dishes
  • You plan and price the menu, order supplies, and are responsible for bookkeeping
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team for training, guidance, and development is second nature to you
  • You monitor hygiene standards (HACCP) and quality standards, ensuring their implementation among employees
  • Preparing, creating, and presenting dishes at the highest level completes your tasks

Your qualifications include:


  • Completed training as a cook (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in a (large) kitchen
  • Experience with menu planning and implementation
  • Service mentality and team spirit are part of your DNA
  • You have good HACCP knowledge
  • Good knowledge of German completes your profile perfectly
