Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the healthcare team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records (EHR)
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Medical Assistant experience is a plus
