Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventive healthcare measures.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and selfcare techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
- Assist with discharge planning for hospitalized patients Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
