For our department 2- Luftamt Südbayern, we are looking for a
team assistant (m/f/d) in the field of reliability checks at Munich Airport as soon as possible.

As the aviation security authority, Luftamt Südbayern is responsible for enforcing the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) in the administrative districts of Oberbayern, Niederbayern and Schwaben.

Your main tasks:

Data processing
Entering electronic data from the parties and authorities involved in the process into the system and initiating an automated rule query
Creating, printing and sending confirmations
Creating and sending inquiries to other authorities
Processing returns, updating statuses and preparing for case processing
Data maintenance, in particular processing of address or name changes
Creating duplicate copies
Participation in the transition from paperbased file management to electronic recording and processing
General assistance tasks

Your profile:
