- Preparation and Review of Corporate and Partnership Tax returns including multi-state filings
- Complex Business income Tax Returns with multiple K1s
- Sophisticated corporate client tax preparation, projections and planning
- Preparation and Review of corporate and partnership tax returns
- Preparation of quarterly tax projections, estimated taxes and extensions and Tax research
- Respond to tax notices and assist with tax audits
- Ability to research tax issues and apply practical tax analysis
- Prepare detailed work papers
- CPA license, preferred
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation is required
- Must have minimum 8 years of experience
- Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Heavy experience with review
- Broad taxation experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized, can manage time appropriately and work within budget parameters
- Well developed work ethic
- Maintain a positive atmosphere of the firm
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a team mentality
- Ability to manage all aspects of client work
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- CCH Prosystemsfx, BNA income tax planner, online tax research software, quickbooks and MS office required, intermediate to proficient
