Job duties include but are not limited to:· Preparation and Review of Corporate and Partnership Tax returns including multi-state filings· Complex Business income Tax Returns with multiple K1s· Sophisticated corporate client tax preparation, projections and planning· Preparation and Review of corporate and partnership tax returns· Preparation of quarterly tax projections, estimated taxes and extensions and Tax research· Respond to tax notices and assist with tax audits· Ability to research tax issues and apply practical tax analysis· Prepare detailed work papersType: direct hire
