  • The NCSD is located in the center of Chenango County with a student population of 1,750 and a total staff of 400. We are a studentcentered technology rich district with excellent facilities.     Located within 50 miles of Binghamton & Syracuse, Chenango County is centrally located in the Southern Tier of NY State.

Technology Teacher:


  • Connect and engage through handson technology and engineering courses
  • Effectively utilize standards to implement projectbased learning courses in technology and engineering
  • Implement Project Lead the Way curriculum
  • Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with colleagues, students and the broader community
  • Possess a proven ability to interact effectively with students and their families who represent cultures that are diverse in terms of race, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other characteristics
  • Organize and maintain a system for accurate and complete recordkeeping, grading, and reporting for all student activities, achievement and attendance as required by district procedures and applicable laws
    Possess New York State Certification in Technology, grades 712Salary**: $47,482 base commensurate with education and experience
